The Zen Room – Refund & Service Policy

At The Zen Room, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring each client receives their full experience.

Service Time Policy

• All appointments are scheduled for a set duration. If a service ever begins later than scheduled, the time is extended to ensure the client still receives the full session.

• Services are considered rendered once completed.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Refunds are not issued once services have been provided.

• Concerns about timing, service length, or quality must be addressed at the time of service or within 24 hours of the appointment for review.

• Groupon purchases are subject to Groupon’s terms. While Groupon may handle refund requests on their platform, The Zen Room does not issue refunds directly once services are completed.

Credits & Rescheduling

• If an issue arises during a session, a service credit may be offered at the discretion of management, but this must be discussed promptly.

• Requests made more than 24 hours after an appointment will not be eligible for credits or refunds.
